I love the part about Jacob saying there were no awards, etc. around their house - just music & instruments…
Dylan is such a brave individual to follow his own heart also… there are few people (well-known) who DO that…
& of course, his songs are poetry which resonate into the future and outlive us all.

The Nashville skyline can serve as a horizon to achieve a barrier of sound around. The individual life and the way of the soul; Even if it’s a put-on, it is a better one than most.

I felt that Dylan’s voice on the John wesley Harding and Nashville skyline albums was much more pleasant to listen to then his usual voice. Like he actually could sing for a while. I thought it was a pity that he didn’t maintain that style.
